REGULATIONS
Folklore dancing groups, chorus, majorettes, musical bands are invited to participate in this folklore festival ”Under the Tuscan sky” which will be held in Montecatini Terme, a famous spa town in Italy .
Every group will perform once and it should prepare a 8 minutes program.
Performances with live and music recorded on USB are both allowed.
The age and the maximum number of dancers in the group are not limited. The minimum number of the group members is 15(including dancers, relatives, accompanists and drivers) . Adult, youth and children ensembles are welcome. Soloists are not accepted.
Family members and friends may join folklore festival Montecatini Terme and travel to Italy or the same price.
The accommodation of the groups is provided in 3* hotels like HOTEL SAVONA or HOTEL PICCADILLY or any other hotel of the same category, in triple and quadruple rooms, and it includes 4 nights with half-board (breakfast and dinner).
On your special request we can provide higher categories of the hotels with supplement 15-20 euro per each day.
Accommodation for 1 person is free of charge if you have more than 25 persons in the group. Accommodation for 2 persons is free of charge if you have more than 42 persons in the group.

PAYMENT
As confirmation of its participation in this folklore festival, a group pays 2000€ in advance and the rest not later than 15 days before the festival by bank transfer.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the date of the event or to postpone it for the next year.
PRELIMINARY PROGRAM OF THE FESTIVAL
JULY 25th
The groups should arrive to the hotel between 14:00 and 19:00 where they will be welcomed and referred to the program.
JULY 26th
In the morning you may visit Florence. On this day the folklore festival ”Under the Tuscan sky” will be held in Montecatini Terme in the evening (performance in the central square on an open-air stage).
JULY 27th
On this day we suggest you join our boat trip to Cinque Terre where we visit famous villages Monterosso, Vernazza and then Portovenere with stops for sightseeing, tasting of local products and shopping, organized especially for the participants of our festival (the price is not included in the offer).
JULY 28th
This day we organize visit famous winery with abundant Tuscan lunch and tasting famous Chianti vines, truffle products and olive oil. Together with that you will enjoy visiting Siena and San Gimignano.
JULY 29th
You should leave the hotel after the breakfast.
Notification
The exact time of the beginning and the ending of the festival will be announced later. Program on the day of the festival must be respected. Groups are required to adjust their bus transport according to the program and are supposed to be present at the awarding ceremony!
