Your Andalucian dream will come true exploring the most beautiful cities: Seville, Granada, Ronda, Cordoba… watching the sunset in Marbella the great classic of Andalusian coast.
REGULATIONS
Folklore dancing groups, chorus, majorettes, musical bands are invited to participate in this folklore festival which will be held in Malaga, Andalucia.
Every group will perform once and it should prepare a 8-10 minutes program.
Performances with live and music recorded on USB are both allowed.
The age and the maximum number of dancers in the group are not limited. Adult, youth and children ensembles are welcome. Soloists are not accepted.
Family members and friends may join this folklore festival Andalucia– Malaga and travel to Spain for the same price.
The accommodation of the groups is provided in 3/4* hotels in Costa de Sol ( Malaga), in seaside towns Benalmadena, Fuengirola or Torremolinos , HOTEL BAJONDILLO or BLUESEA GRAN CERVANTES similar , in triple and it includes 4 nights with breakfast included. Double and single rooms available with supplement.
Accommodation for 1 person is free of charge if you have more than 25 persons in the group. Accommodation for 2 persons is free of charge if you have more than 42 persons in the group.

PAYMENT
As confirmation of its participation in this folklore festival, a group pays 2000€ in advance and the rest not later than 15 days before the festival by bank transfer.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the date of the event or to postpone it for the next year.
PRELIMINARY PROGRAM OF THE FESTIVAL
OCTOBER 29th
The groups should arrive to the hotel between 14:00 and 19:00 where they will be welcomed and referred to the program.
OCTOBER 30th
We suggest to join our guided excursion to Granada and famous Alhambra. Another option is excursion to Ronda.
OCTOBER 31th
We suggest to use this day for sightseeing of Malaga. In the evening, folklore festival ”Andalucia” will be held in Malaga.
NOVEMBER 1st
We suggest a whole day excursion to Seville, one of the most stunning European towns.
NOVEMBER 2nd
You should leave the hotel after the breakfast. If you decide to prolong your stay (it is possible on your request) , our suggestion is excursion to Ronda and Marbella.
Notification
The exact time of the beginning and the ending of the folklore festival will be announced later. Program on the day of the festival must be respected. Groups are required to adjust their bus transport according to the program and are supposed to be present at the awarding ceremony!
